Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious and modern rooms, with fantastic service from the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The location is ideal for exploring Rhodes and Lindos, although a car is needed to get around easily. The dining options are complete, but improvements could be made. Overall, a great value for money stay with friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel had a modern room design, a bit tired but minimalistic. It was okay, nothing fancy, as most time is spent outside. The faulty AC and electrical system, along with a toilet leakage, were notable downsides. The staff was friendly and service-minded, although an overcharge incident was disappointing. The location was a little isolated but offered a stunning hillside view at the bay, making it worthwhile to explore the surrounding areas. The dining experience was complete but repetitive after a few days. The hotel lacked immediate beach access, which was a downside for beach lovers.
My stay at the hotel was phenomenal. The room was spacious and modern, plus I got a free upgrade from a Junior Suite to a Maizonette, which was fantastic. The service was exceptional, especially for families; Irene at the reception was lovely and very helpful. The location, nestled between hills and with the facilities of a top-class resort, was a real highlight. Although the dining options were limited to only a couple of places, the food was complete and well-refilled. The facilities were great with all the amenities one could need; however, the neighboring restaurants could use some improvement in their dining offerings.
